In April of 2009, after living in NYC for 6 years pursuing acting and other dreams, I moved to LA. In the last year I got married, got pregnant (well, not in that order) and have learned to drive all over LA without letting it drive me crazy. This is where I write about changing cities but not final destinations. |
Because we live in the hills it’s hard to find a late-pregnancy appropriate walk, something without a steep grade. Today we decided to walk around historic Hollywood and check out the grounds of the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing but the majority of the tombstones were gaudy as hell. The enormous mausoleum and the Buddist plots were highlights, as were the sky-high skinny palms.
