In April of 2009, after living in NYC for 6 years pursuing acting and other dreams, I moved to LA. In the last year I got married, got pregnant (well, not in that order) and have learned to drive all over LA without letting it drive me crazy. This is where I write about changing cities but not final destinations. |
A few pics from Valentine’s Day 2010. We drove out to Leo Carillo State Park in Malibu. Went for a 2.5 mile (uphill) hike :) Drove around looking for a restaurant that wasn’t full of douchebags. Stopped at the Hows Market and got the most delicious jalapeno macaroni salad ever. Finally gave in to the lure of Neptune’s Net and had a steamed lobster, chowder and corn on the cob overlooking the ocean. Then a romance beach snuggle, followed by a disasterous encounter with a heart-shaped rock that claimed our favorite beach blankie.
